We’ve designed our handyman process to be simple, transparent, and stress-free, so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Step 1: Request a Quote

Start by submitting a request through our website. You can include photos and a description of the work you need done. The more details you provide, the easier it is for us to create an accurate quote. If the photos and description aren’t enough, we may schedule an optional virtual walkthrough via Google Meet or Zoom to review the project with you before quoting.

Step 2: Estimate & Approval

After reviewing your request (and virtual walkthrough if needed), we’ll send you a quote. All our handyman services are flat-rate, so you’ll know upfront exactly how much the work will cost — no surprises, no hourly pressure. Take your time to review the quote and read the service agreement carefully before approving and submitting your deposit.

Step 3: Scheduling Your Service

Once the quote is approved and deposit submitted, we’ll coordinate directly with you to schedule your handyman visit. Jobs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do our best to notify you in advance of any multi-day projects.

Step 4: Completing the Work

On the scheduled day(s), our technician will arrive prepared to complete the approved work. For longer projects, we may check in periodically, but primarily communication will focus on approval of any additional work or final completion. If you are home, the technician will show you the completed work before leaving.

Step 5: Extra Work

If minor changes or additional work are requested beyond the original quote, we will provide a separate quote. Work will only begin once the quote is approved and payment is submitted in full. This ensures clarity and avoids surprises.

Step 6: Final Invoice & Warranty

Once your project is complete, a final invoice will be issued, typically within 24–48 hours. Our work comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty, covering only the work performed. The warranty does not extend to pre-existing issues, unrelated items, or customer-supplied materials.

Step 7: Client Responsibilities

To help us complete your project smoothly, please ensure your workspace is safe and accessible, pets are secured, and personal items or furniture are moved as needed. Review the service agreement before approving your quote and submitting the deposit, as it contains important terms and conditions about the project.
